This paper reviews the process and progress of safeguarding adults in Cornwall since the murder of Steven Hoskin and the Serious Case Review that was carried out (Flynn, 2007). Interviews were carried out with frontline staff to assess how the processes have been delivered and whether this has had a beneficial impact.
