One is dropped by Bel himself, the infused metal rod. One drops from skill nodes everywhere in the game, the broken metal rod. WebbI think the pro advice is to do it in a certain dungeon that has 3 near the entrance and then leave and start up another private queue. But, I prefer to explore around the tower district. There are a lot of nodes and it's fun to go in and out of the various nooks and crannies. Just load up with like 10 of each kit first.
