WebJalice11 • 1 yr. ago. Yes, I was reinstalling the game wrong. I went straight to steam and hit uninstall game without deleting everything in the gtav directory. So what I did was went to gtav directory, delete EVERYTHING in it, then go to steam, right click gtav and then manage then uninstall. Then reinstall and it should be fixed.
