I’ve mostly hated flatwounds.. for 3 decades.. but giving them a try on my Jaguar has brought that guitar to life. (That, and a treble bleed circuit). The tone is mellowed and the strings seem more balanced in volume. The wound G really pops through the mix now.

Truss rod was maxed out and I could not adjust the relief.
