WebMar 12, 2024 · Studies included in this review (1) describe a care escalation scenario for a patient whose health deteriorated quickly or gradually after an initial assessment by a healthcare provider; (2) articulate any barriers or facilitators to, or tools used in, the clinician care escalation process; and (3) report on findings from a hospital-based ED. WebECP stands for Escalated Care Pathway. This is an exciting new collaborative project provided by ACC aimed at supporting New Zealanders with knee, lower-back and neck injuries. Avenues Physio-Fitness is proud to be one of the key providers of ECP for knee, low-back and neck injuries in the Bay of Plenty.
